It comes complete with "The Basics" DVD featuring fitness trainer Lisa Wheeler, wall chart and display stand. The SmartBells LITE is ideal for rehabilitation, warm-ups, cool-downs, seniors and children.  Elite atheltes also use this for stretching, warming up and eye-hand coordination.  The SmartBells LITE is also available in seven different flavor:  Wasabi, Lilac, Banana, Bubblegum, Pumpkin, Pewter and Sky.
